Who We Are

Self & Shadow Therapy is a therapeutic space for people drawn to deeper self-understanding.

We work with the parts of you that are often unseen, misunderstood, or quietly carrying more than they should — the emotional patterns, inner conflicts, and unconscious beliefs that shape how you experience yourself and the world.

Our approach is rooted in depth psychology, trauma-informed practice, and gentle inner exploration. Rather than focusing on symptoms alone, we look beneath the surface to understand why certain patterns exist, what they once protected, and how they can be integrated rather than fought against.
